The 9 Day ‘Mindful Self Compassion’ Mexican Retreat is designed to be used to ‘renew, recharge and retreat’ with the research supported ‘mindful self compassion training’ work of Kristin Neff PhD and Christopher Germer PhD, as the anchor. A half day silent retreat will be offered on Day 6 of the retreat.
MSC combines the skills of mindfulness and self compassion, providing a powerful tool for emotional resilience. Not only are these skills wonderful personal skills, mindfulness and self compassion support deepening ‘coach presence’ as well as deepen and broaden a coach’s ability to listen and inquire.
This Retreat is a unique blend of three hours of training daily, optional yoga, lots of ‘rest and renew time’ and held in a beautiful, secluded Mexican paradise.
