Event Description:

A weekly discussion on The Future of Coaching Vision, Leadership and Responsibility in a Transforming World by Hetty Einzig. This book examines the roles of coaching and leadership in the 21st century and sets out a compelling vision for its future.

Each week a participant will have the opportunity to facilitate the weekly review and discussion of one of the eleven essays.

Some essential questions the books asks of coaches are:

How can leaders and coaches become ‘positive deviants’ and transform the rules of the game with cultures where denial and grout-think are rife?
How can coaches work with the anxious and depressed, embracing the dark as well as the light?
Are coaches prepared for the rise of millennial, women leaders and ‘Third Acters’?

Note: To accommodate the discussion we are limiting the group to 12 members
