Event Description:

This dynamic program, Leveraging the Power of Polarity Thinking, will equip you to deal successfully with polarities — opposing forces that create tension in complex situations. You will earn a certification in PACTTM (Polarity Approach for Continuity And Transformation) Foundations and Professional Applications through this program. Leveraging the Power of Polarity Thinking is a partnership program from Mason’s Center for the Advancement of Well-Being and Polarity Partnerships, the source of this powerful leadership theory.

• Two and a half days of intensive, hands-on, interactive learning
• Free access to the Polarity Resource Portal for one year — create your own personal polarity map library, use polarity map templates, view foundational videos and tutorials, review case studies and articles, and utilize assessment tools
• Receive free the e-book AND, How to Leverage Polarity/Paradox/Dilemma by Barry Johnson, Ph.D., the thought leader and creator of The Polarity Map® and Polarity ThinkingTM principles
• Learn transformative new skills to enhance your career
• Receive one-on-one shadow coaching for an action learning project

There are three Cohorts currently scheduled:

Cohort 1-5/20/19-5/22/19- Fairfax VA Campus
Cohort 2-10/28/19-10/30/19-Arlington VA Campus
Cohort 3-5/27/20-5/29/20-Fairfax VA Campus

**All Cohorts are 2.5 days and run from 8:30am-5:00pm for the first 2 days and 8:30am-12:30pm on the last day.
