The Connective Leadership™ Model represents key leadership strategies that enable individuals and groups with diverse backgrounds, agendas, and talents to interact creatively, productively, and harmoniously for their mutual benefit. Based on a 9-factor behavioral repertoire, the Connective Leadership Model is designed to address our increasingly interdependent – and consequently, often conflict-ridden – world.
In this seminar, you’ll learn to use and interpret a set of reliable, validated individual and organizational assessments that have been developed through decades of scientific research and testing. These assessments identify and measure the behaviors individuals routinely use to achieve their goals, as well as the behaviors organizations value and reward (i.e., organizational culture). Throughout this four-day course, you will come to understand the Connective Leadership Model and Assessments through group discussion, hands-on practice, and individual coaching from some of our best and most experienced CLI Certified Associates.
