The training (i)unfolds the importance, influence and effects of existential issues in all spheres of work and private life, (ii) qualifies participants as resourceful humans(iii) raises awareness for the existential, hardly covered issues in coaching and staff management:

In this intensive Certified Existential Coach Professional®
training, coaches, trainers, managers and experts, including human resources experts, and freelancers from all business branches, public services and other service providers (i) learn to understand existential issues, meaning, values and their importance for work and private life, best performance and satisfaction in life(ii)get to know state-of-the-art approaches and scientific findings from consulting, coaching and counselling relating to existential issues (iii)how to best address and communicate these issues in their coaching, communication, cooperation and relationship with others (iv)raise their own awareness for the diverse individual perspectives of all stakeholders on realizing and communicating existential issues, meaning, purpose and values with their environments (v)reflect on existential issues’ influence and effects for individual goals, objectives, competencies, behaviours and skills (vi)develop on individual freedom and responsibility to living up to their competencies and skills, (vii)discover the potentials of taking existential approaches into their work and life management skills (viii)train skills of existential awareness in coaching, staff management and cooperation with others.
