‘Intuitive Coach Advance’ is the 2nd part of ACTP ‘Intuitive Coach’. This part is dedicated to experienced coaches, applicants for ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential. It is completed with ICF PCC Performance Evaluation Exam conducted by our school.

It consists of 68 hours of stand alone ‘Coach Specific Training’ including 10 hours of Mentor Coaching, (68 CCEUs in Core Competencies, ACSTH, ACTP).

The programme is delivered at advanced coach competency level. The graduates of ‘Intuitive Coach Advance’ receive ACTP Certificate entitling them to apply for ICF PCC accreditation.

This part of the programme is intended for experienced coaches with a foundation of prior 350+ hours of coaching practice and 60+ hours of coach specific training.

We welcome graduates of a variety of previous coaching educations, including not affiliated with ICF. This way we enable a wide range of practicing coaches to apply for ICF accreditation directly at the ICF PCC level (without a need to get credentialed at ACC level first).

The training experience is grounded in the participant’s deep personal embodied development, eliciting their intuitive potential and expanding the awareness of their vocation.

‘Intuitive Coach Advance’ consists of 4 residential modules:

1) Autoportrait (7h group mentor coaching): 20 April 2018

2) Coach in a Superposition (2 days): 28-29 June 2018

3) Coach in a Creative Space (2 days): 20-21 September 2018

4) Intuitive Client and Coach in a Relationship (2 days): 15-16 November 2018

and 6 one-to-one sessions (virtual) and “ICF PCC Performance Evaluation” (virtual).

The price is inclusive of:

• 6 days of group face-to-face training at two month intervals

• 1 day (7 hours) of face-to-face mentor coaching sessions in a group of a maximum of 10 participants and

• 3 one-to-one mentor coaching sessions and

• 3 one-to-one observed coaching sessions: the participants audio-record 3 coaching sessions with their clients upon which the instructor provides an individual oral and written feedback on 11 ICF Core Competencies at the ICF PCC level; and

• Final “ICF PCC Performance Evaluation” Exam performed by our school, Evolution Coaching Academy.

About the Trainer:

“I am a physician, psychiatrist and board certified coach who has been coaching regularly. Despite my extensive training on wellness and motivating patients, I found this course to be extremely useful and will contribute greatly to my practice. The time was well spent and generally a very efficient learning method because of the exposure to so many masters teaching the essence of their work in a practical and concise manner. It was like reading a new book every week! The tools presented were directly applicable for use with clients. As a bonus, I learned about myself through the direct, personal exposure to the assessments. This was a great course, and I saved thousands by not having to travel! Thanks for all your hard work in creating such an experience!”

This course will examine 14 Positive Psychology and/or Coaching processes. This potent formula can help clear blocks to personal growth while moving you into places of infinite possibilities. Learn how to best utilize these hands-on processes for yourself and your clients.

The Dynamic Trio is based on the two chapters Ann-Marie wrote in EMDR Solutions II edited by Robin Shapiro. The chapters are titled “EMDR and Positive Psychology” and “EMDR and Coaching.” This material was officially introduced at the EMDR European Conference in Edinburgh, Scotland in June, 2014 – resulting in a standing ovation! At the conference “The Three Treasures Practice and Research Study” was also introduced, unveiling for the first time the efficacy of EMDR, Positive Psychology, and Loving Kindness Meditation.

Event Description:

The Internal Coach Certification program was conceived and designed to address the heart of internal coaching challenges, to equip participants with in-depth coaching skills, practical tools designed and tested to work within organisations and coaching support to feel confident and appreciated in this role. This is a rigorous program of 90 hours spread over a period of six months. You participate in three highly practical and intensive workshops, with a total of 56 coaching training hours (face-to-face). During the six month-program, a Mentor Coach supports you in the process of mastering all the coaching tools taught. At the same time, the latest technology in Learning, the Practify social learning platform, contributes to the creation of a community of learners and the exchange of experiences. By completing the full training program, and all the assignments successfully, internal coaches earn their Certificate in Solution Focused Internal Coaching and 70 hours of ACSTH (Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours) by the ICF.

As Internal Coach, we define members of an organisation who, after training and certification in coaching skills, undertake A-Z coaching assignments with employees from the same organisation outside their hierarchical line.
