The Bulletproof Training Institute Certified Human Potential Coach Training Program is the premier ICF-credentialed life coach training program that goes beyond life and health coaching. Our science-based program teaches you how to develop a thriving life coaching practice focused on helping clients achieve their goals, realize their potential and upgrade their body, mind and life. The 35-week curriculum combines everything you would expect from a premium life coach training program, plus cutting-edge insights from the worlds of positive psychology, nutrition, neuroscience and human potential development. Our program teaches a unique presence-centered, somatically-oriented coaching methodology which enables coaches to powerfully resource their clients while remaining fully-aligned with the ICF competencies.

The program is divided into 3 parts:

The program has a modular enrolment – both the mindfulness and our in-person 2-day component can be taken at any time within the 35 weeks. Are you ready to pursue an ICF Credential? Coaching Out of the Box® is the place to be. We’ve created a new package just for those who want to streamline the process.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Designed to expand your knowledge and application of the 11 Core Competencies of a coach, prepare for the Coach Knowledge Assessment, and add tools and techniques for your coaching, the Certified Master Coach class is for graduates of the Center for Coaching Certification CPC Program.

Start with six live, interactive online classes:
Before and after each class you will write a one to two-page report responding to three questions.
• Group or Team Coaching: explore considerations for coaching groups or teams and prepare for your group coaching
• Ethics and Agreements: review the don’ts and the do’s for competencies 1 and 2, then explore application
• Coaching Process: discuss the don’ts and do’s for the competencies 3 and 4, then expand with how to tips for a coach
• People and Communication: consider the don’ts and do’s for competencies 5, 6, and 7, then confer on how to effectively use the techniques when coaching
• Creating Change with Confidence: explore the don’ts and do’s of competencies 8, 9, 10, and 11, then delve into application when coaching
• Time and Money: review tools and basic concepts plus talk about coaching on sensitive topics with specific examples for time and money coaching

Next is a Coaching Debrief: Chat about learning points and plan for your next steps as a coach

For the Coaching Practicum you will interview and be interviewed for coaching, coach, be coached, observe coaching, and coach the group plus participate in the coaching group.

For the final you will write a two-page report about your coaching with a client over viewing your approach, the results, and what you learned.

Our 60-hour coach training program consists of three courses. Our 30-hour Core Competency is the first course, and we connect weekly via video conference/teleclass starting April 10, 2019. This innovative holistic/integral course teaches you to assist others and even yourself in a transformation process. Learn an extensive array of coaching interventions through a multi-dimensional approach designed to help you see the “big picture” from a holistic and integral perspective. Classes are interactive, fun, practical and informative. You will experience coaching at a deeper body, mind, spirit level that allows people to move more quickly and easily toward goals and dreams. This integrated framework will provide an enjoyable way to develop effective coaching skills such as:

(1) methods for measuring progress
(2) ways to change approaches and create new patterns
(3) somatic or body tools for accessing body wisdom
(4) techniques for learning how to use imagery, intuition, and intentions
(5) meditative tools for being present and working with breath
(6) approaches for how to work with sense of purpose and meaning.

The coaching core competencies as described by the International Coach Federation (ICF) are key to this approach. Earn up to 60 hours of coach specific training that can be applied toward all levels of ICF Coach Certification or 60 CCEUs that can be applied towards the renewal of your credential.

Next is the Group Session for discussion, Q&A, and resource review.

Following the class portion of the program is a coaching practicum to experience coaching hands-on as a coach, being coached, and observing coaching. (Anticipate 3 hours of homework at the half-way point of the practicum.) At the end of the practicum is a case study that creates a review of a coaching relationship.

The ICF has approved this program for 30 hours of ACSTH. The Center for Coaching Certification is also accredited by IACET for 30 hours/3 CEUs (accepted by SHRM, HRCI, ATD, and more), plus accredited by AICI and PMI to offer 30 hours/3 CEUs.

After the Certified Professional Coach program, the next step is the Certified Master Coach program, approved for 35 hours so completing the requirements for membership or the ACC credential.
