PRINCIPI
• Incontro introduttivo gratuito al Laboratorio
• Primo principio: “Vivere il presente”
• Secondo principio: “Aprirsi all’abbondanza e alla gratitudine”

• Decimo principio: “Volgersi all’interdipendenza”
• Ultimo incontro. Ricerche sociali e psicologiche sulla Felicità. Chiusura laboratorio, Bilancio degli apprendimenti. Feedback

MINDFULNESS, PRESENCE AND EMBODIED CHANGE: How to Help Your Coaching Clients Access the Inner Wisdom of Their Bodies Tickets

MINDFULNESS, PRESENCE AND EMBODIED CHANGE: How to Help Your Coaching Clients Access the Inner Wisdom of Their Bodies

Event Start Date: Thursday, January 09, 2020 6:00 PM
Event End Date: Thursday, February 13, 2020 8:00 PM

We are teaching the Focusing process, a mind/body practice that connects us with our own inner wisdom and intuitive knowing. We bring a Focusing mindset and interested curiosity toward a situation, experience or challenge, which is essential for “life-forward” movement. Focusing allows us to feel freshly how the whole being (mind, body and spirit) is in the present moment. From somatic work we know that change does not occur unless it arises from a Felt Sense in the body. “What is split off, not felt, remains the same. When it is felt, it changes.” Eugene Gendlin

In this course you will learn how to:

* engage clients to move from “story” to what’s underneath.
* invite clients to tap into their “felt sense” instead of trying to figure it all out.
* use movement, sound, gesture, image, or metaphor for expression.
* recognize, nourish and encourage the inner wisdom that is already emerging from your clients with greater depth and presence.
* identify somatic openings: notice what words, images, gestures to look for in the client’s whole demeanor in order to step into deeper coaching.
* be present even when triggered.
* invite and guide your client from upset to calm.
* use a step by step process method, called Focusing, to listen, hear and connect to the deep knowing of the body as it moves organically toward the process of change.

“If you are working too hard, you’re not coaching”.
As a result of watching coaches struggle with the concept of ‘working less’ in their coaching, Lerae Gidyk, of Soul Designs Coaching, created the COACH ME Model and subsequently this course as an opportunity for coaches to learn how to coach with more impact and ease. COACH ME will give you both an introduction to and working knowledge of the COACH ME coaching conversation model. You will have the opportunity to interact with the model experientially and develop insight into the mindset necessary for increasing proficiency in establishing agreements. Learn to work less and have greater impact with your clients!
