Event Description:

“Mastering intuitive, client orientated co-creation with Lilith Joanna Flanagan, ICF PCC Assessor”

‘Intuitive Coach Advance’ is the 2nd part of ACTP ‘Intuitive Coach’. This part is dedicated to experienced coaches, applicants for ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential. It is completed with ICF PCC Performance Evaluation Exam conducted by our school.

It consists of 68 hours of stand alone ‘Coach Specific Training’ including 10 hours of Mentor Coaching, (68 CCEUs in Core Competencies, ACSTH, ACTP).

The programme is delivered at advanced coach competency level. The graduates of ‘Intuitive Coach Advance’ receive ACTP Certificate entitling them to apply for ICF PCC accreditation.

This part of the programme is intended for experienced coaches with a foundation of prior 350+ hours of coaching practice and 60+ hours of coach specific training.

We welcome graduates of a variety of previous coaching educations, including not affiliated with ICF. This way we enable a wide range of practicing coaches to apply for ICF accreditation directly at the ICF PCC level (without a need to get credentialed at ACC level first).

The training experience is grounded in the participant’s deep personal embodied development, eliciting their intuitive potential and expanding the awareness of their vocation.

‘Intuitive Coach Advance’ consists of 4 residential modules:

1) Autoportrait (7h group mentor coaching): 20 April 2018

2) Coach in a Superposition (2 days): 28-29 June 2018

3) Coach in a Creative Space (2 days): 20-21 September 2018

4) Intuitive Client and Coach in a Relationship (2 days): 15-16 November 2018

and 6 one-to-one sessions (virtual) and “ICF PCC Performance Evaluation” (virtual).

The price is inclusive of:

• 6 days of group face-to-face training at two month intervals

• 1 day (7 hours) of face-to-face mentor coaching sessions in a group of a maximum of 10 participants and

• 3 one-to-one mentor coaching sessions and

• 3 one-to-one observed coaching sessions: the participants audio-record 3 coaching sessions with their clients upon which the instructor provides an individual oral and written feedback on 11 ICF Core Competencies at the ICF PCC level; and

• Final “ICF PCC Performance Evaluation” Exam performed by our school, Evolution Coaching Academy.

About the Trainer:

Creating Connections in the City of Bridges!

JOIN US as we change up the traditional coaching conference to provide a fun opportunity to grow your coaching business, collaborate with other coaches, connect with valuable resources, and celebrate the coaching industry! In 2012, a group of coaches just like you started with no template, no design, nothing but the desire to create an event that would bring coaches together to form a community and strengthen the coaching industry. And it wasn’t your typical “talking head” conference that only leaves attendees disappointed. We put together our own model for a coaching conference that is presented by experts, provides attendees with structured opportunities to network, is chock full of practical information and has the right mixture of networking content and downtime. The Midwest Region Coaches Conference highlights state of the art resources, is sponsored by hand selected, top notch vendors and helps you fulfill your CCE requirements with the ability to earn at least 11 CCEs for attending.

Your conference registration gets you in to hear our dynamic keynote speaker, as well as an all-access pass to general and breakout sessions lead by top-of-their-field professionals. You also receive access to our special events, including the Thursday evening reception and fun networking events. Fuel up on Friday and Saturday before heading into a full day of conference activities, with a full breakfast (much better than donuts and coffee!!). Midday on Friday and Saturday you will recharge with a tasty lunch. And if that isn’t enough, strategically-placed snack breaks will keep you buzzing with goodies and conversation (but mostly caffeine!). Rub elbows with the best and the brightest in the coaching world, those who are taking our field in new and exciting directions! Create relationships and collaborations that will last a lifetime!

ICF Philadelphia - Coaching the Thing Behind the Thing (No, we aren’t talking Dr. Seuss) @ Radisson Hotel - Valley Forge | King of Prussia | Pennsylvania | United States

You know the drill…you are a seasoned coach and at times coaching can be, dare we say, a little shallow. By taking our client’s words at face value and only asking empowering questions is not enough to have the client’s a-ha light bulb go 2 off in a life changing way. In order to play in the deep end of the pool and have the coaching be meaningful and sustainable it is about coaching the ‘thing behind the thing’. We are talking about getting to the root of what is really going on. So often our clients don’t even realize what perspective needs to shift or the benefits of the shift, or why they’re stuck. It is our job to be able to get to the core perspective block or as we like to call it: The thing behind the thing. This way you aren’t rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

This workshop is for coaches of all levels. It is a fun, lively, and an interactive workshop where we will be experiencing how to identify the clients relationship to their “issue” not just coach the issue itself. We will use small group activities, tools, and share insights that will have you laser in on what’s really important.

Metaphor Magic in Coaching – Lily Seto, MA, PCC, CEC, AoCS
Metaphors are a powerful way to work with our coaching clients. Using
metaphors, clients can access another part of the brain and are encouraged to
think in a different way.

Join Lily Seto, as she introduces you to a new coaching tool called the Metaphor
Magic Box. Learn how you can use this tool in your sessions to invite your
clients to explore unconscious meaning of chosen symbols, and see a different
perspective.

In this workshop, you will experience a demonstration using a Metaphor Magic
Box and then there will be a debrief and a conversation on how to use the
metaphors effectively. You will also be invited to use your Metaphor Magic Box
to explore one of your own topics. At the end of the session, each participant will
have a Metaphor Magic Box to take home.

Networking for Coaches – An Essential Skill – Sue Maitland PCC
Do you dread networking events? Have you ever deliberately arrived late so you

meet people?

Join Speaker, Workshop Leader and ICF Accredited PCC Coach Sue Maitland

strategy that will help you plan your networking and show up confidently at
networking events feeling completely natural and authentic.

Topics covered in this workshop include positive reframing of networking,

ICF Hungary Chapter: NLP Továbbképzés coachoknak @ Eotvos 10 Kozossegi ter | Budapest | Hungary

Event Start Date: Thursday, June 28, 2018 – 9:00 AM

Event End Date: Friday, June 29, 2018 – 5:00 PM

Language:  Hungarian

Speaker: Gabriella Szilvasi

Event Description:

Our experience is that during coach specific trainings NLP is not a focus area, rather a piece of information. We want to increase the coaches’ awareness of the powerful tools of NLP so that they actively implement it to their everyday practice. Our mission is to teach effective, easy-to-use tools that can be used from the next day on. For this we aim to build up the skills, confidence and knowledge in the participants.

This 2-day course teaches NLP tools to participants who already work as coaches in the following areas and core competencies:

– how to establish rapport and intimacy on a conscious and unconscious level (using body language, eye-movements, communication type-specific wording) – how to use powerful questions using the Meta-model of NLP
– how to set goals that are achievable
– how to use reframing in coaching

Using the notion of a ‘coaching axis’, he will share how to manage this landscape (for all parties including the organisation) in a way that delivers maximum value for both the organisation and the individual being coached. He will also explore how to understand the interface and ethical tensions between coaching culture and business culture, and appreciate the complexity of delivering business coaching in view of company specific organisational cultures.

About the Speaker:
Dr. Kahn is the Global Head of Human Resources & Organisation Development for Investec. He is a psychologist (HPCSA & PBA), Chartered Business Coach (WABC), Certified Master Coach (IMCSA) and seasoned management consultant. His seminal book “Coaching on the Axis: Working with Complexity in Business and Executive Coaching” (2014) Karnac, is prescribed reading at various universities internationally. Marc was a founding member of COMENSA, and its first National Chair of Ethics. He also sat on the advisory body of The Worldwide Association of Business Coaches that establishes international standards of practice for the field in 2005 and 2006.

Conflict Dynamics Profile® (CDP) Certification – Atlanta, GA @ Courtyard by Marriott Tickets

Conflict Dynamics Profile® (CDP) Certification - Atlanta, GA @ Courtyard by Marriott | Atlanta | Georgia | United States

Event Date: Friday, July 13, 2018 – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Event Description:

This one-day certification program is a great opportunity to develop expertise in the CDP while connecting with other practitioners. The shared experience brings seasoned and passionate conflict practitioners from all over the world to learn about the CDP’s development, interpretation, and applications.

The Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP), an assessment instrument measuring conflict behaviors, is an excellent resource to increase self-awareness and improve conflict management skills. The CDP is unlike any other assessment tool in that it focuses specifically on conflict behaviors, rather than styles. It helps individuals and teams understand how they respond to conflict, what triggers can escalate conflict, and how to manage conflict more effectively.

Two versions of the instrument—the CDP-Individual (CDP-I) and CDP-360— emphasize an action-oriented approach which leads to real improvement. A thorough Development Guide provides information and tips for coping with conflict and building strong interpersonal relationships.

The CDP-360 enables you to compare your own perceptions about how you behave during conflict with those of your colleagues. It provides a complete “conflict profile” with feedback from bosses, peers, and direct reports. The CDP-360 is particularly helpful for leaders, managers, and high-potential employees for whom conflict can be particularly challenging.

In addition to feedback on 15 scales, both versions of the CDP have a unique “hot buttons” section which identifies the emotional triggers that negatively impact relationships.
